@GamerSamual5200 *spoilers I guess..* There's no like solid ending, only enterpretations (as far as I could be assed to research XD) but yeah, at 3:45, the ladder from earlier is broken (indicating that someone fell) and if you look really closely you can see there are 2 batches of flies - 1 where limbo kid was stood and one when the girl (your sister) was sat. Yeah, they dead. XD
