For this shot you might have tied your hair back because your hair is flinging all around and that is distracting to the overall thrust of the frame and also looks somewhat ridiculous.
You seem to have good form on your lifts, but what is the benefit of doing this kind (Romanian)as opposed to the "standard" dead-lifts? Also does the form hamper the ability to achieve lifting heavier weight on this style of dead-lifting?
