Hopefully someone can contact Attorney Gloria Allred to take your case. With all the evidence you have (i.e.: emails, letters, etc), you should have been able to get alimony and child support. Also, the attorney that misrepresented you should have a complaint filed against them to the Bar Association as it appears that if that attorney represented you and Steve Harvey, he/she did not represent you in good faith. That attorney represented the one with the most money.

I'm holding to this: that Mary is free, she has opened her eyes, she knows that placing anything before God is spiritual adultery and not only was she living it, Steve was also. Yes, she stood by her man, it hurt, but she can pick it all back up, she can let go of this and be free, and she can get back to God and live the life He had for her in the first place. She'll return to her first love and we'll all love her and pray for her and KNOW that God is preparing her for many things. Praise Him!

There was a bigger purpose in this marriage. It's obvious that Steve does know God because of his references to God, Mary has been in this relationship for a greater purpose. I know that at this moment she is just telling the story, but what's she's not telling is the nights and days in prayers and pain and hurt she has spent on the floor crying and praying for her ex husband. She's not really telling the whole truth, yet, but it's coming, she'll be under an anointing soon.

The documents say Steve was granted primary custody AFTER Mary had her personal assistant, at the time, purchase a one-way ticket for her son to his father's house w/o telling Steve Harvey his son was coming (assistant was told to wait 30 minutes b4 arrival to let Steve know). This is nothing but a bunch of MESS. Many women have been cheated on. You choose what u choose, u learn & move on!

Again, it comes down to choice.The judge was upset that Mary Harvey disobeyed a gag order which is normally present in any divorce settlement. @herdmentality~ filing for divorce under irreconcilable differences DOES NOT mean that ALDULTERY did not take place! how many high profile divorces as of late with proven cases of infidelity where the reason for divorce is listed as IRRECONCILABLE differences. Sandra Bullock is a perfect example. SH wanted to leave her destitute becuz she had the courage & NEREVE to divorce his behind! Yes Mary GET all u can, &CAN all u get. u are indirectly the reason for the books anyway! u deserve it!

By the way, MARJORIE Harvey was not listed as a CAUSE for the divorce, according to CNN. Actually, there is NO mention of her being the reason for the divorce. Had she been the cause, I bet she would've been named.The "other" man or woman is ALWAYS named in a divorce because parties are angry & seeking leverage!

Hopefully someone can contact Attorney Gloria Allred to take your case. With all the evidence you have (i.e.: emails, letters, etc), you should have been able to get alimony and child support. Also, the attorney that misrepresented you should have a complaint filed against them to the Bar Association as it appears that if that attorney represented you and Steve Harvey, he/she did not represent you in good faith. That attorney represented the one with the most money.

You see since Harvey claims to live by the word of GOD then he has follow what it says. Jesus says that a man can divorce his or her wife only if there infidelity. If Steve claims not to have cheated on Mary then he has to go back to Mary unless if he wants to live in adultery because he is divorced for other erasons as he claims. My conclusion is that he probably cheated, but this woman is acting childishly though what does the son think of his mum now (probably embarssed to her son).

Steve's stated in his book he cheated on Mary with other women before Margorie. A women know when her man has cheated. Once a man cheates the trust is broken. In many, many cases even God can't fix it. It's a decision that a man makes. Mary missed her first window of opportunity to divorce when he was busted the second time and to the bank with one eye open. Look at Tigar Wood's wife. She did not start his career nor played golf. She was one step ahead of hime and had a dam good lawyer!

Wow Steve do the radio station here on WBLS. If all this is true, then he's a hipocrit. They have a segment, on the radio show called the "strawberry letter". He can give advice to other folks relationship and use God to validate his purpose and shit, yet he cheats. Hell he's boule anyway. In other words full-a-shit. This is a sad situation. I understand how she feels and I symphasize with her. I just wish she had come forward during or right after the divorce because this makes her look jealous and I'm sure that is come of it as well. This situation reminds me of Tyler Perry's "Diary of a Mad Black Woman". I hope Steve doesnt end up like that pompus ass in that movie but I hope Mary does end up like the lady. Happy in the end.

Didn't understand the evening when I met him and his mistress wife in ATL why he was so adamant about my son taking a picture of him and his mistress until seeing this video. He was worried we were gonna put his bitch ass on blast and if she was smart I would go to the Kings n Spalding building on P'tree in ATL n pull the tapes of January 2009 and put that brother on blast in court and prove the infidelity. My son and I met him and his booshie mistress two year ago January 2009. Steve Marjorie NBA Star Steve Smith and his wife at the Kings n Spalding building on Peachtree can't think of the restaurant. Steve had the big Bentley w/ Texas tags n the Park Place resident sticker. Him and his mistress wife were very snooty and I can understand what she is feeling and saying. He was worried about the picture he took with my son and did not want us to put it on the internet so she is telling the truth.
