I have used XP, Vista, Win 7, Debian, Ubuntu, and OSX.
I liked the interface of the iMac, but it was no faster than a computer of equal specs (1/2 the price) running Windows. What I am really confused about is why Vista got so much grief. My desktop uses Vista and it works wonderfully, the only problem I have had is that when I am working on my 3D animation and the power goes out, I lose everything up to the time I last saved. Oh, wait, that happens on Mac's too!
@GeekinsteinTutorials the reason Vista caught a lot of Flack was because people didn't listen. They ignored required specs, and just put it on their computer from the 90's. I remember reading a blog, talking about when he installed Vista, it couldn't find one of his drivers... turns out the company that made the part hadn't existed for years
I'd just like to point out that Macs only have high customer satisfaction because most Mac customers are people who only need in their computer the ability to take photos, listen to music and browse the internet. Really, they could be using Windows 98 reskinned to look glossy and they wouldn't notice much difference.
PC's are for gamers. Macs are for movie and photo editors like me. I love mac. I love windows. If you like mac you like mac. If you like windows you like windows. If you like linux you like linux. For for crying out loud you don't have to go on the internet and throw a fit about it. THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREE

LMAOL am watching these adds at same time that am playing a Blu-ray movie on computer using a 32" Lcd TV. Unfortunately I had to pause my Game because I can't do three things at once.

I totally can take a joke. I love jokes, comedy, and humor. However, some things are not funny when they are insensitive to others. Also, there was no indication in your original comment that you were joking. How are people supposed to just assume that it is a joke?
Even though it was a joke, it is still insensitive to others in this context. Maybe in different contexts, it would be allowable.
But, at least it was a joke...lol.

@sobolev123 Ok, now you're bullshitting me. I have a macbook pro 15 inch, and it has a 2.66 ghz processor, integrated Nvidia 9400 graphics and Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT graphics. I can run ANY game flawlessly. And the new version of my laptop has the i7, which has a processing speed of 3.33ghz due to the new turbo boost thing, plus an VEN better graphics card.

Also my mistake, i don't have a 9600, which was on the old macbook pro's, i have the GT 330m. Im no computer expert, and i don't even know what DiRT 2 and DirectX 11 are lol, but my computer is fast and lag free, and i absolutely love it. BTW, thanks for calling it an old and outdated piece of crap :D

And in relation to the Mac’s 'overpricing' issues: You get what you pay for. Take that as you will.

@Superspemo There's a lot of misinformation about Win, but I can guarantee that people can't understand Macs either. And I suspect that Apple itself wants to push Macs in a marketplace that isnt theirs: Macs are professional machines, everything from software developing to extremely complex audio editing and 3D rendering is damn easy (and STABLE) on a Mac. If your aims are games and social networking... why the heck should you use a Mac? (you'd best be going with Linux and a game console tho)

If you are paying with a credit card then one of the on floor associates can check you out with their hand held reader. You do not have to have a reservation to get up to the genius bar but it helps. Lol #1 in customer satisfaction? You can't be serious I have an iPhone because the app store is a great idea that said if there was a windows equivalent I would love to break this thing. Also I use a mac out of neccessity and necessity only! I've been to 3 different app stores all of which have 3-5 help desk lines that you HAVE to have a reservation for and 1 checkout line which goes to show how few problems macs have(sarcasm)
