man this album brings back memories! i used to work out this, it would push me over the edge. i recall doing over 300 sit ups and throwing up to this album! back in 2000 i had just finished high school. and bought myself a black 1992 nissan s13 silvia. i recall leaving a blink 182 concert and playing butterfly in the silvia and having girls come up to me with numbers. man good memories tainted by good songs!!!!

I like this song but it's just a cover of the same song title by Tha Alkaholiks. This is infused with more rock and guitar riffs. Tha Alkaholiks is more rap and easy going than this one. I still love this version though.
