my school is only one of three places in C.A that are participating in the fundred project kind of sad that more people don't know about it

I saw Mel Chin at the National Art Educator's Conference in New Orleansand am eager to tell my students about Fundred. How empowering for students to see how individual art pieces as part of a larger art gesture and collective voice, can stir our government to take care of its cities. I was appalled to learn that so many children in New Orleans have lead poisoning due to contaminated soil. Thank you Mel and Art 21! You are an inspiration to art teachers and students.
