Well, since everyone's giving their opinion of the show, I'll go ahead and be the one who says that it was just ok. The first 12~ episodes were really good, but it slowly got worse and worse as the show progressed. Every character (except Ami, oddly enough) REALLY started to get on my nerves at the end, and the ending itself... Well, it's ok I guess.

Watch Clannad if you want a really good (the best in my opinion) romance anime.

@Awesomeuserdude i agree but well i think of toradora differently though. To me, Clannad and After Story are the best heartwarming as well as the most saddening anime i ever watched in my life. Hopefully KEY produce another sequel this time about Ushio's love life. Thumbs Up if you think there must be a sequel to Clannad After Story and its about Ushio!

This anime is the best romance anime for me. Taiga kind of remind me of aria from hidan no aria, a hotheaded girl but deep down she is really warm, bubbly and cute and need someone to love her. The last few eps were nice and taiga were really cute. :3

This anime is my favorite anime yet.

I've watched dozens of animes and most of them really are amazing but this one tops them all.

Never have I watched an anime that I've liked so much like this.

Watched all of the episodes straight without stopping and finished it in about a day.

I regret doing so because now I want to enjoy it all over again but I'm forcing myself to wait a month or more to re-watch it to enjoy it more..

@yazli4ever I dont want to argue about preferences, but Kaichou didnt really have developement between Usui and Misaki. Nothing really happened, if u dont count Misaki being stundere and Usui joking around. Enjoyed both tho, but Kaichou is more comedy than romance.

They're really geared toward the emotional tone that the series had at the time. The first half of Toradora was more Slice of Life comedy, while the second half was really going down into a bit of a serious romance.

But I love both a lot.

There is no second season. The 25th episode may even be deleted. The 24th perfectly close the anime, and if it didn't move you to tears after you watched it, and even more wants a second season, it means you really didn't understand a thing at the anime.

If you really want more, learn to read, and after that read the light novels. Theze are on baka tsuki, the full ten volume. But if you do, please, make what is needed to, this time, understand the story.
