It's protein powder, you mix it with milk or water. People use it to get their protein in after Gastric Bypass Surgery, and other people take it to "bulk up" their muscles.

Nope, I never got any of the free samples I have requested, there was some from several sites I requested - never got a one. :( Not that i would probably try it anyway LOL

On the Syntrax site you have to send an e-mail requesting the samples. Let them know you are Gastric Bypass pt.
