174$ garbage. He simply shows you some basic stretches, there actually on

youtube. TRUST ME!! he lies that he was 5'7" and grew to 6'2".

The movie shows no proof that he grew from a short average male 5"7' to a

tall 6"2' male!

The average HEIGHT for males in the UK is around 5"11' to 6"'2.

normally you would see males 6'0" tall in UK.

YOU CAN ONLY grow depending on your genetics, age, nutrition, excersise.

5'10 is the average height in the UK. Netherlands has an average of 6'0 which I think is the highest worldwide

@boiijuju There is no group on Earth with an average height of 6'2". In the UK it's closer to 5'10" for men, and the tallest average is in the netherlands where it is 6'1" for men and 5'11" for women. Which would make me feel short if I werent over 6 foot myself.

@gangster2triggaz For example if you have a tall Dad thats 6'2" tall and a 5'6" mom you would grow about 3-5 inches taller than your Dad if girl 2-4 inches taller than her mom.

BUT even if you inherited the TALL GENE if nutrition lacks you will be short!!

@gangster2triggaz Look at it this way- if stretching increased your height in adulthood, every person who does yoga would be taller. That's never been documented (and my ex does every stretch in the book and is still just under 5 feet tall). I stretch constantly, and I've never gained so much as a centimeter. Don't waste your money.
