184xp per trip and a trip takes 1-2min

That's 5,520 - 11,040 exp per hour, not 11k-22k.

do body runes. the bank is also close, and theres a musician. or do fire runes. bank at duel arena, and for running up just duel someone and it'll be 100again :)
