I dont really think shes abused. Shes clean, happy, and not so thin. Chihuanuas are like that. Besides, latin people behave different than americans. Vast mayority of them dont use screen doors and thats the way they keep their dogs from runing home. That is my opinion.

1) Take the rope off the dog
2) Feed the poor thing or surrender it to animal control or a Chihuahua rescue so people with brains, compassion and canine knowledge can properly care for the dog.

This dog is NOT DANCING!!!! He wants off that leash you have him tied to and he's trying to "walk away" or walk towards your mean ass.
