@S00P3R This system is over a year old, i forgot what all i had back then, I do know I had 3 kinetik HC 1800 batts with a 1400 in there somewhere, then allot of 0gauge wiring, stock alt tho at that time. Everything is sold, even the car, off to bigger better louder things !! haa

@jhsuperfast Its been along time since Ive had this system in the car, but if I remember right the box was 35Wide, 16Tall , and 25 Deep. Gave me about 6.6 CF before port and sub displacement. ! Tuned to about 33hz

if you turn the subs backwards towards the trunk lid the sound wave would be wider and sound 1.5-2 times better im just sayin

@1silver4 Thanks for the advice but I know a thing for two man :) I was just messing around with the subs being inverted.. and its much louder to have the subs forward when you have ALOT of power and a HUGE box like this one.. Thanks tho ! Check out my other videos. I have 2 18's now.

@Ariestify Its a great sounding sub , and a really nice amp. Set the subsonic to about 30hz on the amp, set the gains right, and you will be set. dont abuse it tho. the sub likes to play loud and low. but not to the extreme, which is what i aimed for , and broke them :P but its all good. im sure u will LOVE the sound these make!

There is a run of 0 Gauge wire that runs from my front Alternator to my rear batteries , Fused. Then from my front main battery to my rear batts, also.

i think it sounds better when the subs are like this. and yea it would be louder if you turn them around and dynomate the trunk. i wouldnt invert the subs.

yea its much louder the subs not being inverted. and i do have dynomat in the trunk just not trunk lid anymore. absolutely no sound quality difference or numbers tho.

Really that seems like a ton of money seeing that the amplifier and subwoofer in a pair is like 400 or 500 bucks so thats 800 or 1000 bucks for both amplifier and subs unless im wrong? not to mention the 0 gauge wiring and dynomat etc. haha

its hot garbage, its about impossible to tune, and it takes out all midrange bass, and on top of that it takes perfectly good bass frequencies and processes them into horrible sounding waves.

i no longer use the BX-10 in my car. nor even a paperweight.

no , the batteries in the back are strapped together and grounded at one point in the back at the top of a suspension tower.

At the moment just 1300 to each sub RMS. 425 RMS To the doors for mids/highs. Next month ill have 4 of the subs in at 1400 Rms each :) Watch out ! haha

RE: well if you turn the woofers the other way, it's supose to give the bass a more deep lower sound, because its bouncing off of something, not sure how much difference though :S

but around 1100 each isuppose. I been talking to the guys at ED and everything is right, tuned right and all. they say atleast 1200 @ 12.5volts. im steady at 14.4 at the amps.

wow yeah that box reminds me of mine a lot! i think the only differences are that my box has ledges around the subs for the blowthrough. and my box is made of two layers of mdf. so i guess its an inch and a half thick all around. it makes it heavier but my box doesnt vibrate at ALL when my bass hits. my box was tuned to 35 but when it went in my truck, it ended up being loudest at 48 hertz. you know whats the same about our boxes? our carpet comes off at the port! haha. subs move too much air!
