Apenas me entere hoy de la existencia del Zhi Neng Qigong, escuchaba los podcasts en la pagina de fuerza integral sobre la historia de el maestro Eduardo Osegueda me llamo mucho la atencion uno en el que menciona que cada dia al despertar tenia que hacen 100 repeticiones de unas sentadillas de pared, por curiosidad busque este video para ver como eran, intente hacer una y me cai jaja. Definitivamente ire a su taller de este año.
