They don't want a raise.

They want to get paid for the work that goes on the internet. Companies put their shows on websites without paying the writers a dime for it. The most serious cases include writers writing webisodes(episodes to be aired only on the net) and not gettin paid for their work. They create a product and they aren't being paid for it. It's not a raise, it's their only source of income.
