While those who have recently split apart from their bf's/gf's would go straight to finding this type of information out of desperation and fear, the book itself provides a lot of techniques that'll help someone move on, it just so happens a lot of the methods used to move on can also be used to reconcile with an ex.

Tommygunz2525 you have made your point get over it, you display such persistent negativity could be this is why your relationship never worked out. Just think how your partner must have felt if every time you had a disagreement and you kept on & on & on. I have read this book its not as bad as what your trying to make out.
It's best to prevent a breakup by treating your partner well in the first place. Getting him/her back after he's/she's decided you're lame enough to dump is going to be very difficult & if it does work, it won't last.
I think that getting rejected by someone I love was the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life.

You can send her one email saying "You know my number when you are ready to speak, you can call" after that you leave her alone and don't contact her again. She will eventually contact you. However, if I were in that position, I would just tell her to contact you some time in the future and then leave her be.
You use no contact at the same school by avoiding areas where you know they will be. If you run into them, simply simple and go about your day. Act as if it doesn't bother you. If your ex has your things and you need them (depending on your age) you can contact their parents and let them know you want to pick up your things. Either that or contact the police if you want your stuff back. If you want your ex back, forget about the things and leave her be for a while. She will speak 2 u eventually

I've never had problems with getting them back. The matter is keeping them there. Both of these men have shown me progress when getting my ex back. On a basic note, quit talking to your ex after 4 weeks once sending him a hand written letter that you're ok with the breakup. You need to avoid contact for 4 weeks unless he talks to you!

Like I said though, no guarantees. It's not that the words you use have to be nailed down to an exact science. You need to simply have a certain sort of attractive character, a manly sort of nature about you, to attract a woman; or to get back an ex, in this case.

You don't care about control but until you get control of yourself, you'll never get her back. Control is not being able to control her, it's about controlling yourself. Women despise desperate men. The "friend" is a position you don't want. You become the "backup". You need to move on and show her you moved on without trying to show her you moved on. It's best to prevent a breakup by treating your partner well in the first place. Getting him/her back after he's/she's decided you're lame enough to dump is going to be very difficult & if it does work, it won't last.

You can send her one email saying "You know my number when you are ready to speak, you can call" after that you leave her alone and don't contact her again. She will eventually contact you. If you got the tdub book, you should ask him. As I said, I got "Surviving a Breakup: Getting Back Your Ex Back For Good" by Matthew Mehra from the Kindle store on Amazon. You use no contact at the same school by avoiding areas where you know they will be. If you run into them, simply simple and go about your day. Act as if it doesn't bother you. If your ex has your things and you need them (depending on your age) you can contact their parents and let them know you want to pick up your things. Either that or contact the police if you want your stuff back. If you want your ex back, forget about the things and leave her be for a while. She will speak 2 u eventually

Both of these men have shown me progress when getting my ex back. On a basic note, quit talking to your ex after 4 weeks once sending him a hand written letter that you're ok with the breakup. You need to avoid contact for 4 weeks unless he talks to you!

As for the internet book I bought it with no problems definately worth the money, even if it doesnt get you your ex back it gives you tremendous insite into future relationships and how to deal propperly with break ups. Like I said though, no guarantees. It's not that the words you use have to be nailed down to an exact science. You need to simply have a certain sort of attractive character, a manly sort of nature about you, to attract a woman; or to get back an ex, in this case.
Maybe it won't work, but you'd have to accept that. Women are largely unpredictable, and at least half of the reason why is that they can't choose who they find attractive.

I'll admit that I don't know exactly how to go about the rest of your situation; but no matter what you do, never panic. Don't ever fall back into the "I need you" attitude. Always remain detached, at least apparently so.
Give her the impression that you have complete control over yourself and your emotions. It's a lot easier to do that with texts than when talking or especially in person.

If you had loads going on in life like family, money and all would u not rely on ur boyfriend more? She's also getting paranoid like asking if i have slept with certain girls yet. This is to anyone who reads this from your opinion: Me and my ex have recently broken up and she says its because she's got too much on her plate she wants to get back together in the future but wants to get her head sorted first. She says just give me the space, then we'll start meeting as friends and build it on from there. Does this mean she wants to really get back together with me or just a less hurtfull way? Tdub....here is a quick rundown. Married for 5 years - we have a 4 year old son and we have been divorced for 6 months sep for about a year. We have been in a lot of contact with each other due to our son. We have been somewhat friendly after I did all your "do not dos." So she is now seeing a guy she dated 10 yrs ago...to a point where he even moved back to Maine. She says she misses what we had but we are missing that thing. And she calls me the next day saying I thought everything was fine and that she like what we had "cake and eat it too thing" and wanted to know why I was cutting her off. I said we are both moving in new directions and we should not pose as obstacles but that I would always be around to talk about my son. id also like to add: it seems mean to play your ex partner like this using psy-ops on them, but the result if you stick with it is, you end up making yourself very attractive to the partner. that way she gets to love a man she really wants, and i mean really wants. and you get control. you get your freedom and its a classic win win, but bite your lip and do what he says. even if it seems like the opposite of how you feel inside. throw your instincts out the window. a better life follows.

She had some kind of argument with her ex then she texted me saying she needed a break etc. So i practically got dumped for doing nothing at all! she wouldn't even let me help her. She said she doesn't know if she'll get back together with me. She just wants to be alone. Her ex before me has really fucked it up for me now.We're back to square 1 again, being bff's. She's saying the typical girl stuff like "all guyd are jerks" etc..
