Yes, and how about the fish stocks which are in very good shape which still can not be harvested by fisherman ? Why don't i see any research vessels on the water ? How do you make sure people are following the rules ? Huge unjust fines maybe ? Perhaps a law system where fisherman receive harsher punishment than drug dealers and users ? Sustainable fisheries ? Why can't i use a rod and reel commercially in NC ? I can only abide by rec. limits !!! HYPOCRITICAL MUCH ?
