This show would still be on the air if ABC didn't eff with the timeslot so much.

And then they would promise us a new Ugly Betty in "three weeks", then another in "two weeks". Sometimes, when they promised it...it would never air.

When they moved it to Friday night, THAT was the kiss of death. And sadly, Wednesday at 10pm. *shaking head*

Too bad! I really enjoyed this tv show. I find it hard to believe the ratings weren't enough to keep this wonderful show/cast a float! ! ~ I liked the ending, it kind of left the door opened! This one of the best tributes out there much better than the one abc made. It's great to see someone else out there will miss Ugly Betty as much as me. I truly feel like i have lost a good friend. Though now I am angry at abc for canceling the show I am grateful that they created the best show on tv. Over the years the characters on the show have developed so much. After traveling along with them through life for the last four years it is hard to say good bye we've reached the end :(.

I saw the original version BETTY THE UGLY , the Mexican version THE UGLY MORE BEAUTIFUL and UGLY BETTY, each one has something special, but definitively this it is the best end, because it leaves a message of optimism and that we all can be better if we want (including Wilhelmina Slater and all the other characters) and at the same time it tells us that the life continues... and it is the end of UGLY BETTY, but the beginning of BETTY... great production work and writers...
