According to MGA Entertainment, the Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals issued a stay of the recall of all Bratz merchandise. Under the stay, it is business as usual for retailers, as they will be allowed to continue selling all Bratz products and collections manufactured by MGA Entertainment, through the Christmas holidays. This includes the Bratz Collector Series Fashion Capitals and Bratz World Hotspotz lines.

This isn't some magical fairytale world where we can simply ask for something not to happen, and get our way.

Mattel won the case. It's awful and it's a shame Bratz are gone, but doing stuff like this is a complete waste of time and will cause nothing but disappointment.

The reality is that people who has daughters, nicies, younger sisters, granddaugthers who enjoy the Bratz who also don't want them banned forever. That's not a magical fairytale. I know it might not work but it will be worth trying to save MGA best selling doll.

No, a petition will do nothing. If anything, the fact that Bratz fans are begging for dolls to continue being made further displays their popularity....the fact that they are popular and cutting in to Mattel's profit is the reason this happened to begin with.
