I think what this driver is showing and I have been loath to pass these types of double wagons myself is how they walk across the lane. I have seen worse on the roads where the double vans even left the lane in their wiggle and wobbling.
The problem is the driver that is video recording is driving to slow...Fedex trucks are governed to go max speed of 65, the speed limit there is 70mph look 0:01
