@Tabby266 I am not 100% sure why it's shaking It was a little windy but I have a theory that the sound waves from the siren had something to do with it.
The fin was put on older, belt driven Vortex's so that if the belt broke the siren could still have some way of rotating. It was also used to help rotate with the belt. They stopped using the fin when they switched to gear driven rotators on the Vortex's.
