When recording, press "m" to slow down the track. Then use WMM or Sony Vegas to speed it up to normal speed. You have to speed it up by about 4 times to get it to normal speed.

To make him accelerate backwards is very easy. Step 1: you hold shift  Step 2: make a red line (accelerater line) going in a backword derecetion. He should accelerate backwords
