As soldiers and foot ball players move the same way (both human :), why not 'take' the animation from the most advanced developers in that area.

@TheBanned0ne Well for MW3, the official trailer is Operation Kingfish. Find Makarov was fan-made. So it's like Operation GridIron vs. Operation Kingfish. Both are great though, both portray modern warfare pretty well. ALthough the CoD one is nothing like the actual game lol.

@Specopleader don't think I'm a CoD fanboy, but the CoD one has more to do with the game than BF one.. the battlefield one is only about sportsmen being "trained" to be a soldier. The CoD one used the MW characters and creates its own movie, way more epic IMO since I LOVE CROSSOVERS, or stuff that is like that ;)

Kingfish is also fanmade, but with fundings of Activisions after they saw Find Makarov. Kingfish isn't the trailer for MW3, it's jsut a small movie, just like CoD zombie labs <3

@Irelandor Nah, I actually find it interesting. I mean, it's true that a bunch of NFL stars, though undoubtedly extremely talented and ahead of the curve, are not going to learn to be SF soldiers in a few days, or even months. But I do think pro football is almost a form of combat.

But more, I find it interesting because I have been wondering for a long time where Battlefield got their tactics; it wasn't from the Marine Corps. Battlefield looks great, but it doesn't fight 1-on-1 like the Corps.
