This is an introduction to Telstra's social media guidelines for employees. Unique approach that is likely to be memorable for their staff.

I like it. A great proactive approach. Not too heavy handed and authoritarian on the employees. And very clever to post to YouTube and open itself up to the publics criticism. Nothing quite like a healthy debate!

This must be their ideal employee, a non-thinking drone - so idealized they had to create 3d rendered character rather than find a real person to connect with real people. All companies are cowards when it comes to social media. If they had nothing to fear they wouldnt need to remind their employees about the 3Rs , inadvertently treating their workers like little primary school children.
