  • this is gorgeous, I can't seem to get started. What type of journal did you start with. I noticed that you have this coil binding, may I ask where you get those books.

    Hi Sandi,

    Thanks you so much for your comment. I have this hold punching maching called a Rubicoil. There there are all sorts of coilis many colors and sizes to make the books. So actually I made the cover of the book and punched the holes to make the book. I got my Rubicoil at Bonnie Best Tools but if you google it you might be able to find a good price for one. I use it all the time but I also sew some of the books also.

I personaly just started trying to get into the mixed media world of art and i'm not very good as of now but people like you inspire me to keep trying. I also tryed doing caligraphy a while back but gave up. I think I may pick up my nib again soon . . . thanks for the inspiration!
