have a good coach, do it and work it a lot and a lot of time , never give up, Work hard in the gym with a annual planning does by a specialist , record your self with a camera with differet angle, , put some mark at 10 , 20 and 30m off. get up slowly , change your block angle, just try a lot of ting.
