  • This is a very good start. I would say to lengthen your strides after the first two. I can't see where your first step is, but aim for 30"... Tell me if it helps...

  • have a good coach, do it and work it a lot and a lot of time , never give up, Work hard in the gym with a annual planning does by a specialist , record your self with a camera with differet angle, , put some mark at 10 , 20 and 30m off. get up slowly , change your block angle, just try a lot of ting.

  • im having a hard time keeping low out of the blocks without tripping myself up, any pointers?
