Probably my favourite Dugites clip... even more than Cut the Talking. Lots of references to other films with Linda singing on the lambretta, no hands on the bars. Note the performances of the bus driver and the Ford Zodiac driver who were naturals. The Zodiac driver was getting out of the car while it was still moving along.
Cameo appearance by the director and focus puller in the Metro cafe scene
Once again, cheap and nasty but something that will live with us forever...maxibud you are right; the memories are priceless! This song reminds me of my very first girlfriend and walking her down the dusty backroads of an Australian country town as the afternoon chill of Autum crept into my heart and soul....
Oh My God!!!!!! The memories this brings back are simply priceless. Thank you so much for uploading this, I have been looking for this on and off for years.
Wow. This sounds like an unholy marriage of Maisonettes "Heartache Avenue" — HgmUwhfoSZs — and The Cardigans "Tomorrow" — G7Ss1z5Yzlk. I love this. Oh, and let's toss in a little Human League "Mirror Man" for good measure.
(Yes, I am wholly aware that the Dugites career preceded these, yet all three of these pay homage to the Motown pop sound. Good choons is good choons regardless.)
