If you guys are on a data plan, you should stream it on the Internet or have everything stored on a remote persistent data storage, that way they cannot delete the evidence.
i think it should be up to the judge whether he wants to view or not view the possible incriminating evidence. it's not up to some nobody to destroy evidence... the police officer should have arrested him but i guess that would be too much paperwork. he chooses perjury instead i guess..

By we I mean the protesters I was with and a few others that I had met that we were having a meetup after the public square event was disbanded after 10PM. The police will only be supportive till they get the order not to. @S6T6S6 So my brother ended the conversation and walked inside an establishment to use the restroom. The cop followed him in so I followed them with my camera streaming. I walked into the bathroom with my brother in a chokehold with the cop yelling at him. This cop was a Sergeant badge number 9559. He came onto public property assaulted my brother and then arrested him and we filmed the entire event. We are going to be pressing charges after we speak with an attorney.

This guy was on a public sidewalk not harming anyone just being entertaining. The cop told us there were more "dynamics" to the situation than we understood so we asked what they were. @justintempler You are correct with this video. I have another video of the cop walking into the business and then going to the bathroom and assaulting someone. It's listed in my other videos. I am still editing it I have the brightness turned up a little bit but the audio is still messed up. @Mooxiepoo We're trying to, got disk images of the fs and trying to run foremost on it; 3gp videos are not a common format so there's more manual labor involved, I mean we're missing HUGE amounts of video, had to be atleast 300m, so they can't be hiding that well in FAT ;)
