I saw that too, it was a TV special called studioo DC almost live and it was disney's 1st effort in its current capaign to get kids to like the muppets again. My theroy is that they were hoping that kids would go in wanting to see Hannah Montannah and the Jonas Brtothers and come out having liked the muppets twic as much as the celebrities. But if that was their goal they didn't do the best job, Floyd and Beaker got 1 line apiece, Animal got about 3 1/2 words.

This whole band was high as kites during the filming of the movie. I heard they were out of control, Animal screwed some wild bear in the area, Janice was doing the grips, Floyd Pepper was taken to the hospital for o.d'ing on meth and Zoot was busted twice with hookers in his trailer. The whole circus was on VH-1 with interviews and everything. Dr. Teeth was the only one trying to keep it together while trying to battle alcoholism poor guy but when it came time to play, they couldn't be stopped.
