It's a shame so many people gave you the thumbs down. Billy is a comic genius and will etched into history and watched by our children and childrens children but your right about him being repetitive. But for someone who has been on the scene so long it would be damn near impossible to come up with a completely original routine and sometimes people like to hear some of the old stuff too. I don't think he should hang up the mic because a sell out is a sell out in my opinion.

I mean the show that you seen may have been good. I was going to say that i seen him in 1997 and to be honest he was very very dissapointing and wanted to know what he was like nowadays. My parents went to that famous banana boot show and i have been brought up in Glasgow listening to nearly all of his stuff, video, dvd and tapes.

I saw him in newcastle last year and it was the funniest thing I've ever seen. In fact I'm tempted to make the trip across the Irish Sea from Lancaster to catch another night of hilarity!

I saw him lastnight ( friday 12th oct)for the 1st time.He was just fantastic,it was a hell of an experience getting to finally see him.After the show i got to meet him and have my photo taken with him.He is such a nice guy and made time for all the people that waited for him after the show.He signed things,posed for pics and was just a real normal bloke.Cheers billy for an unforgettable night.
