  • I'm thinking it would be good on a stem wind only watch where you need to have an accurate count of the turns you add.

  • Manual winding inst really necessary on this particular timepiece as is has a self winding rotor inside...This may be of some use in the Omega Speedmaster which does need to be manually wound.
