Really the only girls for whom PMS is a legitimate excuse is for those with menorrhagia. Having those periods is hell and sometimes leaves you bed-ridden, and you're usually not bitchy anyway just crying in pain. i barely even get any symptoms. just like a short burst of a cramp once in a while and fatigue. i dont get bitchy or nothing. so yeah not all girls are nightmares once a month.

I've dated women who say it's hardly noticeable then I dated a few who say its pretty bad then I dated one who said she had some sort of super period that is like 20x stronger than normal womens and it makes her want to rip my face off... You can guess that relationship only lasted another 20 seconds. From the way you describe it... you might have that last one soooo yeah get that checked out :)

You know how you tend to feel so therefore you should be able to catch yourself- which will take time. @MsAsianNinja actually, in a lot of cases women can't control it, some of us go through and EXTREEME amount of discomfort, sometimes it causes people to throw up everytime they're on their period, so ofcourse they arnt going to sit well with the things annoying them.
imagine somone is hitting u in the stomach with a sledgehammer constantly, how are you going to react to someone who bothers you? i know i dont go around pmsing on people but with the pain i experience i understand why others do
