It's impossible using minor so faster with right click cause 2 click = 1 minor...and your heal shows 1 minor each less than 0.3 secs...so you are using a Ctrl botton bug...

right click is not a bug beacuse 1 cick = 1 minor

now same you can say about your keyboard heal is bug beacuse minor skill is not reloading and like on USKO minor heal is reload so i can say same about you you use bug , cheers
