  • @OMGlookitsays666 If you respond to my comment which receive 7thums, then i can explain to you, it's thing called genetics :D for example me, i have big biceps on my both hands(and really build looking when i tense bicep) but i have almost no left tricep while my right ones is like x2 bigger in size. It's all into our genes, no point working out our weaker(smaller) parts of muscles more than the other because it wont help, just traing continiuosly for years and eventually both sides be similar.

  • This is a common myth of bodybuilding (lift small weights more to get cut) this is true to an extent. Any cardio type workout will burn fat. But more weight means more mass! hope this helps!
