has anyone tried this im looking to get bigger and need alot of help. i loose weight like you wouldnt believe if i dont eat or go gym, but i have to work so hard just to put on the smallest amount. has any had any real results?

@HevyToy it means you start heavy from 6 then lighter to 6 then 8 then 10 and 12 but this program is not for me i got better program build muscle mass with o fat and gain about 7 pound in one week

It's all into our genes, no point working out our weaker(smaller) parts of muscles more than the other because it wont help, just traing continiuosly for years and eventually both sides be similar.

This is a common myth of bodybuilding (lift small weights more to get cut) this is true to an extent. Any cardio type workout will burn fat. But more weight means more mass! hope this helps!

@santarellidu83 yeah me to its the lower part i just wanted to [oint it out to everyone but its still grows just i find the best way is push ups with wide grip from different angles that help it.

Shall I do this 5 exercises in a row? I mean 15 sets are a bit much, arent they!? Shall i do any other exercises between, like any belly exercises? and what pauses should i make?

i always herd more reps is for cutting weight...not gaining muscle? i herd more weight less rep = more mass more strength, is that wrong?

This is a common myth of bodybuilding (lift small weights more to get cut) this is true to an extent. Any cardio type workout will burn fat. But more weight means more mass! hope this helps!
