I was there. The tug Express Explorer responded. Its a sight and smell I will never forget.

Not every vessel responded.... the captain of the Joan Moran refused despite the crew protesting the captain's decision. Won't mention a name but thankfully he could not acquire a job as captain once leaving Moran Towing. Never in twenty years of sailing have I been fearful of a captain's decision, all had been brave and wise in making decisions; regardless of some being buttholes by nature. Great video! Though thinking it is just second nature of a mariner offering help when needed.
