@robertinodelmoro The reason that Lisa attacked anyone was out of frustration for not being able to find her mother. Her mind was so deteriorated from the effects of the G-Virus, that she was unable to comprehend that her mother was not alive anymore. When Chris (Or Jill) pulled the weights away, to reveal her mother's skull to her, she realized that her long lost mother who she spent all of her time and energy into finding was dead. Basically, what little was left of her heart became broken.

If she had fallen to the control of the NE-α Parasite, then yes, she'd be a B.O.W. But her immunty system overcame pretty much everything that was administered to her, making her the perfect vessel for testing, and eventually, the creation of the G-Virus.

She's also not "the most powerful" of Umbrella's creations. She's extremely slow, and her intelligence level is primal. A Cerberus would be harder to escape from.

I did something really funny on this once the zombie outside the cabin when he turns into a crimson Head i started playing chase i kept running around the tree and he kept following me round and round he got me the in the end. I love playing about with crimson heads but the one outside the cabin is my favourite lol he is the most easy going zombie on the game all he does is stair at the tree growling nice Zombie! lol
