But calling someone's training garbage with no follow-up explanation besides a challenge to meet in person seems rather rude. Maybe next time you approach someone about their training, you can keep in mind the three jewels of taoism: compassion, moderation, and humility. Hope this helps...

I visit BT classes two months ago he was nice and show me a lot of good bagua training drills. BT is a very cool guy and very down to earth, no matter how it may seem on the net. I think you upset because what you practice is not real bagua. BT is right too, what you practice is all wrong. I show my sifu your clips and the first thing he said about your clips was kung fu no good not bagua. guy take bt advice and find a real bagua teacher.
My 6 year old student can teach you how to practice proper Palm training, All you doing is wasting a lot of time training nothing but garbage. Only thing you develop from this kind of training you doing is how to kill flys with your palms. sure as hell not develop any real power for combat. I am certainly not slapping the tree, but then I am not supposed to be. Are you honesly missing the movement within my body as I press into the tree?
