General Clark was the supreme commander of NATO in 1999 that bombed (by mistake?) the Chinese embassy in Yugoslavia. Clark accuses McCain of not knowing how "decisions are made" at the highest levels of government in regards to national security? General Clark must've missed the "so called miscommunication" three days prior to the mistake "for the good of the party". Comrade (or is it Marshal?) Clark is a political wannabe who's becoming an embarrassment to the uniform.
