I'm so glad that Terry Wogan no longer commentates. He never seems to be happy with the the way the votes go unless the awarding country is at least 3000 kilometres away from the awarded country. I mean, Belarus and Bosnia & Herzegovina are nowhere near each-another, yet he still complains when they exchange points. It's not just pathetic, it's ignorant. Maybe he should learn a little bit about these countries, their locations and their cultures before whinging like a true Brit. It's shameful.
