  • Hi! Have you considered - Supreme Panic Magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law finally said good bye the panic problem with it.

  • TAKE MORINGA OLEIFERA AND POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE TABLETS ,NEW ERA KALI.PHOS NUMBER 6.GET MAGNESIUM AND POTASSIUM LEVELS CHECKED

  • YOU TURNT DOWN BENZOS ? I WOULD DO ANYTHING JUST TO GET THEM AS NEEDED

  • Ur still taking it

  • Thanks so much for sharing this! :) xo

  • your on 150mg of zoloft???? damn...how are you alive? lol hope it helps...zoloft made me feel like a zombie and made my anxiety worse. thought i was going to have a heart attack on it

  • thanks for sharing ive been dealign with this since fall 2005 they went way late 2006/early 07.... w/o meds nor therapy i made an audio tape with my voice calm saying voer and voer RELAX eventaully it helped,,, but in fall 2010 the attacks came back they are the worse and its been a rough road since then my attacks usually come in morning and thru early afternoon with them easin away and usually not having any thru the night, night normally is the best time for me, this is hell.

  • I suffer from anxiety attacks ........ but noooooooo way will I put crap in my body!!!!....I treat it by talking to friends, reading a good book, playing a fun computer game or watching a great film!!!!...... why make yourself more anxious with drugs??? thats what caused my attacks in the 1st place........DONT TAKE ZOLOFT.......TAKE UP DANCING CLASSES INSTEAD!!!!! and you are right EAT HEALTHY!!!!!

  • You said feel free if we have questions. Can you tell me more about the benefits of eating healthy food and getting exercise and how you did it?

  • @dabrowmj I actually still struggle with excercising daily and eating healthy lol but when I do put my mind to it & stick with it... I notice a HUGE change ALL around. I feel better, less anxious, sleep better and feel almost normal! The BIGGEST contributors to anxiety, food wise is fast food, chocolates and caffeine... Even if you can stay away from foods like that then you should notice a difference! Good Luck :)

  • Xanax helps ALOT with anxiety and panic, Klonopin is very helpfull also. But Xanax really SAVES you from panic attacks! I have alot of anxiety and panic disorder! Xanax is a life SAVER

  • What a well informed balanced video. WELL DONE and thanks for sharing your experiences with us all.

  • @gf1001 thank you very much, appreciate it!

  • are you people aware that these drugs are no good to the body at all?? there are all natural herbal remedies and even FRUITS that help with anxiety!!.. dont buy into the lies that big pharma and the fda approves!!

  • @FadedHolySoldier Good point! It's become another bad habit depending on these medications but for now.. it's whats working. But I definitely will look into herbal remedies! Thanks for the great tip :)

  • Good Luck Sweetheart! Get above it. Don't think about it. Everything is fine and people carry on normal lives and move past these things. Stay busy.

  • @sjtrout1 Thank you so much, you are very sweet! It is getting easier but I still have a HUGE problem with travelling.. but I'm working on it. Very inspirational words, thanks again!

  • I just wanted to say that I found this video when I youtubed panic attacks...and thank you for uploading it... I suffer from them greatly. I can barely go out anywhere anymore bc the fear of having one and actually dying in public terrifies me. The worst one I ever had was when I was driving on the highway I had to pull off to the nearest gas station and call 911 bc I thought I was dying of a heart attack. Anyways you are right you need to hear someone say you are are going to be ok...

  • @msheatheroo That was my biggest fear too, dying in a public place and that's why I always liked being close to home but I promise you it gets easier! In one summer I called an ambulance 3 or 4 times so don't think you're the only one! Best of Luck & thanks for your kind words :)

  • Great Audio from Panic Attack Sufferers,I put it down to The Panic Away System - ** badanxiety . info

  • question for ya...i was on zoloft 50ml daily....and kinda quit suddenly cold turkey...what can i expect for side effects and how long will they last for? thanks alot! very helpful video.

  • @carpedieming01 Thank you for your kind words, appreciate it! When I cold turkeyed Zoloft all 3 times now... I had more panic attacks, was irritable & moody, my appetite was all over the place, my sleep was way off and I had these brain zaps, I think there called.. oh yea, tremors and shakes too. But I don't want to scare you b/c everyone is different and I cold turkeyed all 3 times for a year and came off 150 mg. Meaning I didn't feel this symptoms ti the 9th month or so.. Good Luck!

  • I suffer from panic attacks, and I was good for about 2 years, until about a month ago. Then I had a flare up, but I am slowly returning to normal.

  • @dutico Glad to hear! Hope you're still doing well.. I too have flare ups but always return back to normal! Good Luck!

  • @albagrl23 It actually got really bad for about 5 months, but i am finally doing well. It is can be pretty tough though at times, but I am at the point now were I can talk myself out of having one. Thanks for asking, and taking the time to see if I was doing well, I really appreciate it =)

  • @albagrl23 many people have anxiety and panic attacks severe enough where benzos are the only option. i refuse to take anti depressants because i feel they do not help at all and in fact theyre not even proven to work. xanax and benzos may be addicting and have harsh withdrawl but i think its a small price to pay if your anxiety is reached a point where its unmanagable with joke meds like SSRI's.

  • @DecayedOfferings TOTALLY FUCKING AGREE

  • @DecayedOfferings benzos arent even bad

  • Thanks u inspire me to go to the Doc. but Im just scared to even go to the Doc. any tips

  • Yea definitely go to the doctors! Don't be scared... remember no one can make you do or take anyting that you don't want to! Can I ask why you're scared to go to the Doc? Remember, things can only get better by going, if anything maybe you'll get some answers. Good Luck!

  • who gives a shit if they are addicting...the point is they work...my panic disorder was so bad that i couldnt leave the house xanax saved my life when all the bs ssri antidepressants failed

  • By no means am I trying to tell people not to take benzos but I wouldn't recommend it. They only work for so long and are a bitch to come off of. I see them as a temporary answer... but if it saved your life than that's awesome! Good Luck!!

  • Great video!!! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I have had panic disorder for 14 years, I am 44 now. I am currently on Lexapro and it really helps me. I haven't had panic attacks for 4 years, but I recently had a recurrence three weeks ago and I am slowly getting back to normal. You are right about hearing positive things from loved ones, it really helps.

  • Thank you so much, that means so much to me! I've heard a lot of success stories from Lexapro... 4 years with NO panic attacts? Thats soooooo great! How are you feeling now? I hope you're doing better :) Best of Luck!!

  • I take venlafaxine, i hate it

  • Are you still on venlafaxine? I never heard of that medication? What are you taking it for? Maybe it's time for a change! Best of Luck :)

  • Hi I saw this ont he depression facebook group

  • @temnozvok :

Why do you wan't to stop taking it?

I use Zoloft 100Mg myself together with Tranxene (a long working benzo) and it's helping me fantastic (i suffer from panic attacks to)

The side affects are bad in the first 3 weeks but it might get you on the road again.

Sorry for my bad English it's not my native language...

    Btw. Great vid albagrl23...

    Take care....

  • I agree with you! And your english is great lol! I hope temnozvok changed their mind! Thanks for the compliment :) Good Luck!

  • Why are you going to stop taking the Zoloft? If you don't mind me asking... thanks for your compliment :)

  • Same here, 9 years,150mg now, no panic attack since I started. Heart flutters stopped. Was a living hell for 30 years. Thank God for this drug.

Side effects I have are Vivid Nightmares mostly in the AM before wake up time. Sleep disturbance, waking up in the middle of the night wide awake for hours. I take a .05 Xanax for that helps 50%.

Otherwise doing great and thanks for the video thats was very kind of you!

  • Thank you for your kind words... I wish you the best of luck!

  • @hugatag WOW how similar we are lol! I still get vivid nightmares and dreams right before I wake up to lol! Thank you for your kind words, best of luck!

  • Hey! Tnx for that vid! I started taking zoloft for 3 day's now, and im gonna stop taking it!
