In current plans, there is no any buildings that can be built by getting more rank level. Menus are totally redone but there is no such rank system you're talking about.

Yes, this mod improves game-play and thus the game is more comfortable to play on. Well, to your questions:
1. Yes, I'm not like a nerd you might think I'm. I have a life and currently I'm doing my service in a real-life military.
2. Situation Zero belongs currently to E-Studios but I'm not working for any "game producing" company actually. Because I'm doing my service, it's impossible me to lead the project full-daily.
Yes, normal GLA and Toxin General have kirov airship at the moment. GLA will have it though some settings might be changed later ("which sides/generals have it").
if u ask me there should make a new generals with zero hour and the original game combined but with new units new maps new sound new graphics and more missions why if u ask well ea stuffed up on generals this is a good idea of cause but ea still do make good fps (first person shooter) but when there brought westwood studios there game just went down hill (part from cnc3 and red alert 2 and tiberium sun) there game sucked

Since I'm the only person who is making this mod at the moment, I don't have resources to do that. Unfortunately, there is no new missions in the first version though I have planned to make some. However, mod adds some new skirmish maps (no support for AI atm but there will be). My plans in near future is to recruit a team which could keep the project on while I'm not able to do so (because of my personal affairs) and may add new missions for the mod with my agreement.
I'm not sure yet but I planned to release it in Command and Conquer FileFront site. As I said, I'm not sure yet and I still have to look for a page where I'll release it. The size may be a problem; in installed, it's already over 730 megabytes which is about twice more than ShockWave takes. Well, let's see. Anyway, I believe that I'm able to release the mod somewhere but the FileFront site is in my sight at the moment.
I have to complete some stuff and then I should find a site to upload the mod. I try to publish this mod as soon as I can. The size of it is about 648 megabytes when installed. I have made some setups (not the final one, anyway) and their size have been about 300 megabytes. However, until I publish the mod, I thought to publish in-game action video on Youtube to show some changes I've really made. I think that the setup size could be a problem for uploading, but it will be seen then.
At first, it is hard for me to find this mod

Actually GLA doesn't have them anymore but we are pondering on other alternatives to use that flaghip of Soviet Union for other purpose in SZ. :)

Less people we have making a good work for better C&C Generals,
longer it takes to release the mod for you and you have very few chances left: you must wait or change the game temporarily.
However, we have several active team members, and I take all JJ's reponsibility of visual design from this moment,
so we can speed up a little and the mod quality remains in high standards at the same time.

Well, it's easier than you can ever imagine. Just
1. Open World Builder
2. Go to File -> Resize
And you will see a popup window which shows you the current map size (X,Y coordinates). You are able to change the size of your map in that window.
You can also reset border size which is showed below the "Horizontal Size" and the "Vertical Size" fields.
Initial Height means the common height for your whole map. Remember that any change you make may lead to unwanted results so be careful. ;)

You find supply resources and other tech buildings when you follow the next guide:
1. Open WorldBuilder
2. Go to Object Selection Options
3. You see a list of different factions. Click Civilian -> Structure ->
4.1.
Every techbuilding is named like TechHospital, TechOilDerrick, etc.
4.2.
Every supply resource building is named SupplyDock, SupplyPile etc.
5. Click the object you want to add and then put it into your map.
All objects are in alphabetical order so you find them easily :)

I have to complete some stuff and then I should find a site to upload the mod. I try to publish this mod as soon as I can. The size of it is about 648 megabytes when installed. I have made some setups (not the final one, anyway) and their size have been about 300 megabytes.
