He wasn't technically sentence to prison. However this "secure treatment" facility ain't summer camp. Ironically, he would have served less time in prison because there are sentencing guidelines and limits. America, we aint fooling anyone. The judge gave that sentence to avoid the time perameters in the law. Those treatments are available in juvie where 10yo offenders belong. Hes a little bastard, but hes also only 10. They don't always make the best decisions. this judge doesn't either. 10 man!

These boys were not his only victioms, he had like 26 victims between the ages of 5 to 12 (both male and female) However instead of blinding him for life in one eye they should have told their parents.
