I dont usually like mashups, especially when the song is one of my favorites ever, like 2 weeks. But I must admit....a truly excellent job! Thumbs up, I will surely listen to this again from time to time :)

its not just that its a good song and it matches with a monotone voice, its the fact that the rise in the intensity of each rap verse mirrors the rise in vocals from the Grizzly Bear song. It's the perfect corralation between the "hook/conclusion" at the end. it's perfect because you can't name 5 songs as catchy as this that have your apparently simple rules.

How is this so amazing? One is someone chanting in a monotone, and one is a good song. If the tempo is the same, they will work well together, because the song is good. That's why there are a dozen rip-offs of this tune on YouTube. Magic.
