@Lamboragon ~ uno mass,,,@ the risk of being made 2 pay rent here,"Yes"the telling is in the doing & yes along w/all this "learning", the whys" are being recited & explained. Have you ever heard "do as I say, not as I do"....reason #1 for being so resistant to your "tell them"....both are equally as important to kids. I suppose we could debate "Do I need to hear "I Love you" or can it be expressed thru actions....both are equally important ..& 1 without the other is futile! Perhaps another day.

As a former child,I have learned as much by "selfish" acts as selfless ones. Be it comments on YOutube or wOtever. As life unfolds before my very eyes, I have implemented these lessons: the how's why & whens seem 2 fall into place and its not by magic! True that RE: strikes & gutters whew. I could say the same thing to you...yes I have heard the crying brats in stores..with the young parents who dont know a thing about child raising. @Lamboragon ~ either you dont have kids...or you're doing something wrong. You dont try and instill "helpfulness" at the age of 13...they're already grown. You start from day 1.........kids are formed by age..what is is....5? They are who they are...period. "We" have a small window..there are no instructions on their foreheads. Do right, teach truth......giving is taught, so is selfishness.....maybe not by words, butt by actions...and oh you bettah believe...lil eyes are upon us..:o)

i love how in this he has a top set of teeth and when you watch the Woodstock film clearly he has no top set......Guy is a legend and his rendition of "freedom'....well if you've seen it you know....beautiful..shit he looks good after so long!
