Ah, the 7-11 nacho station. As a person who gets off work at 3 in the morning most nights, I've become well acquainted (although I'm a little more conservative at the cheese pump). That being said, you're really missing out by not dropping a bit of salsa in there. I dunno what brand of salsa they stock at the Sev, but I'd buy it if I knew. It's fab. :)

You can buy the dispenser and the bags of chili and the cheese off the net, HOWEVER there very expensive but I'm sure it would last a small family quite a long time. How I used to do it was I'd buy a 99c bag of spicy hot Doritos, then I'd place them in the container and layer the cheese AND chili in between each chip, then I'd top it with there onions and jalapenos and sometimes the hot sauce....omg it was amazing, however you do get flaming river butt afterwords...still worth it though.

You should distribute your chips in layers, adding cheese on each layer. You will find that you get a better cheese distribution throughout the tray.

I always fill one end of the tray with cheese before chips are even put into the tray. This allows a pool of cheese to be used as a dip, and with the chips covered in cheese.

The generic method of dumping the chips into the tray, adding cheese on top doesn't allow cheese to get to the bottom chips. Customers often do not add enough cheese.
