    my mom uses cornflour or use bread crumbs. This help to bind the meat together.

  • To see you eat the dish after you make it really seems to complete the sense for me at least, the expression tells a lot, with out the ability to smell or tast this awsome looking food too see you eat this stuff makes it look that much better, I find my self thinking of the food for a while, and inspires me to cook when I go home from work, not to a fast food place, thanks for the craving and motivation :)

  • @yoursnilu first with a cleaver cut it into small pieces then go crazy at it and bunch up the meat as close as possible or put it in a food processor and pulse till consistency is obtained.
