I think that people always put too much "twang" in their voice when they play Annie.

But I do think the actor that plays Annie here has a beautiful voice :)

I agree about the twang. She was from Ohio, not deep Texas. But the accent is actually written in the script, so somewhat mandatory... though I think it could be much softer emphasis than people put on it.

I also agree that this Annie has a nice voice.
