i prefer a usual oldschool 5 or 7 clock, because they are stable after a server reboot and they dont need to be activated with fast "on/off" of a lever... they also can not block, except fot bad severs :P
@mrgolfer7 did you turn on then off the lever fast enough, also all of the diodes need to be set the same. if those to tings fail, then make a clock using the old method. that would be a 5 clock using torches and blocks, instead of diodes
do you need to install a mod in order to do this?

XyzykPL 6 months ago
@dABiGfATLol no this pistons is not a mod, you can make this without the mod.

placing and removing a torch is another way as well in lieu of a lever

doesn't redstone have to go directly in to a repeater?!
shadowScorpion98 7 months ago
@shadowScorpion98 Yeah it does, but only at the input, and it does it automatically now.

Excellent work. Adding pistons really improves the efficiency of cobblestone generators.

jwnordquist1 8 months ago
@jwnordquist1 Would a button work just as well as a lever, if you place a block where the lever was and the button behind it?
flameimp 7 months ago
@flameimp No, I tried that already. The button's input time is too long, it needs to be really short for the signal to cycle correctly.
Ishindri 7 months ago
@Ishindri Oh, I see.
flameimp 7 months ago
@Ishindri ahh i see, you need to quickly hit a *lever* then turn it off like i did
jwnordquist1 7 months ago
@mrgolfer7 you have to be facing the direction you want the current to flow through when you place the repeater...
Deathismad 7 months ago
@mrgolfer7 basically, double click the lever. if you've got everything put down in the right way, it should work.
