  • You are probably already ready for your marathon. Maybe, without the added self-pressure for it - it will actually turn out better! My big thing was, when I was training for that, was I was too focused on getting my workout in to diminish calories when actually there's a reason the workouts are designed to have "light days". Why is that such a hard concept to grasp? You are brave to do P90X and Insanity- they scare me! LOL
