  • Great video and nice technique, worked for me, but one question, did you get holes at the bottom when you take the baloon out? how should i avoid this?

  • couldn't you just VERY LIGHTLY rub a super thin layer of something with some slip to it, not like cooking spray... but like butter so that it gives but won't slick the chocolate off?

  • You are extremely nice for uploading this!! Thanks!

  • Tempering is really not that simple if u don't even know what it is

What I suggest is buying coating chocolate instead of tempering .

  • crazy bitch.

  • Hy Choclate Artist,

does the choclate take the taste an smell of the ballon an taste now about latex or rubber.

Many Thankx i like that idea so much.

  • I tried this. Apparently we didnt have the right chocolate, and it was wayy too thin even after a second coat. On top of that i just gave up on trying to get the baloon out. It was more like chocolate on a balloon than a chocolate cup... :/

  • Sweet....Beautiful Art....

  • Mine stick because the consistency wasn't right, I should've done one balloon after the other so I wouldn't have wasted choco... although I still ate it, it would've been a success...

TiP! for first timers, ONE CUP at a time till you get the right consistency, and so taking the balloon off will be easier.

If it looks dry, I recommend adding shortening. it'll smooth it, and let it melt a bit longer.

I was totally experimenting mine. The mousse went out better than the balloons.

  • you are SOOO pretty!

  • @stellabellalunababy it is easy if u let the chocolate cool so it isn't to hot

  • What kind of fruit did u stuff inside??? Please help

  • My balloons puped

    I need help

  • my balloon keeps popping from the heat ...HELP !

  • @stellabellalunababy

Sorry for the late reply, you need to temper your chocolate, make sure it is at 86 to 90 degrees before you dip the balloon.

AND please please make sure you stir it allot, biggest mistake I seam to make every time is I don't have my temp balanced, and my chocolate comes out looking like dried mud.

  • thanks:)

  • cute!

  • Would it melt in ur hands

  • Awesome technique! My daughter's birthday is coming up next week and I've been looking for something special to do for her. I think I'll give this a whirl! I love your videos, too. They're like a cult film or something similar. I do want to add a word of warning, though. Please let your viewers know that they shouldn't make these unless they're positive the people eating them are not allergic to latex, unless they're lucky enough to find latex-free balloons.

  • GENIUS!!!!!!

  • i did that one time! :)

  • What kind of chocolate do u use??

  • OMG! sooo FREAKING COOL!

  • OMG! sooo FREAKING COOL!

  • Wow I love your chocolate creations! I will be trying them out asap for my daughters birthday party. Again LOVE everything about this video!

  • I have that timer! (Except it's yellow, my mom's is red!)

  • Great idea! And I love your video edit!

  • Holy crap... an interesting how-to video that's now slow and boring. o-o

I think you may have just earned a sub.

  • You get a like just for that cat! :3 Myao~♥!

  • Everythingemory hey you can use party balloons and u can use nestle toll house chocolate chips just remember to temper ok also put it inthe freezer

  • These vids do nothing good for my waistline.

  • ezt hogy lehet megcsinálni?mármint milyen csokit használ ha valaki valmit tud léci írjon:)

  • before i dip the balloon into the yummy chocolate, is it ok to spray the balloon with PAM? like a spray oil? <--or wipe a part of the balloon with (olive) Oil with a paper towel???

  • my god! This is amazing!!!

  • how do you make those marbled ones??

  • That's cool! I thought it was gonna be was more complicated than that LOL :)

  • thats pretty.. haha

  • you are scary

  • I tried this and the balloon stck to the chocolate! and it didn't work! help me! I want to use them for something but they keep messing up!

  • @EverythingEmory12 if the balloons stick it's usually because you didn't temper the chocolate, didn't let them cool long enough ( try 15-20 minutes ) or you have the wrong balloon type, try water balloons ( don't fill with water though ! ) good luck !

  • @thechocolateaddict i think i did use the wrong balloons. is nestle toll house chocolate chips ok? i kept them in the fridge for like 1 or 1 1/2 hours! and they started to melt when i tried to take the balloon out. i moght make a video reponse so you can see if im doing something wrong! should i?

  • @EverythingEmory12 chocolate chips are not good, you need a good quality gourmet chocolate, chocolate chips don't harden... you should probably use candy melts from Michaels Crafts, because gourmet chocolate needs to be tempered first ( look up my video on tempering chocolate ). Wilton's candy melts don't have to be tempered, they are very easy to use, but they don't taste as good. Also try to find water balloons. ;)

  • @EverythingEmory12 I think its cause you didn't temper the chocolate properly, using marble surface, or other coll surface. Or you didn't let it dry enough. But it's more likely you didn't temper...

  • 10 PEOPLE HATE chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!???????

    WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYyyyyyyyyyyy

  • must, fill, with, chocolate, ice cream o.o NOW!

  • Very creative

  • I remember seeing Marcel Desaulniers do that on an old TV show called "Death By Chocolate" that came on TLC back in the mid 90's! He filled his cups with white & milk chocolate mousses.

  • urm, amazing much??????

    ur a genious!!!!

  • wow can i marry u oh i remebmberd am a girl hahaha

but really nice i like it very much

    its looks fun

  • So the KEY is the BALLOONS and the tempered chocolate at the right temp ... I tired making it for a pary, and almost had success. The balloons were sticking to the chocolate even after popping them.... Trying better quality balloons would help... GOOD IDEA BUT requires some finesse.....

  • @substratecomplex Cover the ballons with some butter it helps removing it.

  • love it!!

  • haha..nice video

  • You just earned yourself a subscriber(:

  • Very helpful! By the way, you are really pretty :)!

  • good god why didnt i think of that!

  • What type of chocolate do you use? I've tried several types for tempering and I can't seem to find the right product. I know you can use the chocolate flavored candy stuff but I'd prefer real chocolate.

  • cool, but at the beggining it looks like boob :D

  • that. looks. amazing... :)
