  • Your neighbors must love you. Lol.

  • i think saw, i think i saw, a mallet. looks great thanks for sharing

  • If you were to do it over again, would you stick with G-scale, or down scale to a smaller scale?

  • Using foul language of any sort shows the lack of vocabulary and brains of the user. They are also very immature and think swearing makes them manly.

  • someone has spent a ton of money on this

  • people posting videos can control the comments and even edit out classless ones before they post, check into it...

  • u really dont need to read the comments with ur son, just sayin

  • @nelson48 I agree with u I'm 14 and these comments do get annoying. Ways the deal with saying f***.

  • steam loco sounds like Norfolk & Western 1218

  • They're just mad/jealous that they can't do what you did. I love those big G scale trains..keep up the good work.

  • Thats why I do not allow comments on the videos I have posted on YouTube. I also do G Scale but I would rather that people just watch them and not comment. If you like them fine. If you do like them fine too.

  • Love the oogah horn!

  • Great looking set of motive power you have there! I'm enviousness.

  • the horn of that steam engine does not sound like unionpacific challenger it sounds more like northfolk western #1218

  • that isn't a challenger. looks like a Class MC 57.

  • Trying to watch this with my 6 year old boy, and these comments are just upsetting to him and me. Just enjoy and please try to refrain from using the F word. I can't believe I even have to ASK this. If you don't enjoy, move on please.

  • huh... some ppl thinks using f-word is a fashion...

how does this comment relates to this vdo?

  • if u dont like this stuff why watch it?

  • Why do people want to ruin things for others with their profanity?

  • @JTyler52 You just can't beat originality... /-_-

  • @rnelson48 exactly, and people are deiliberlaty putting fbomb coments on purpose, rude people.

  • @rnelson48 you can hide the comments, that’s what I do when I youtube with my little ones.

I feel the same as you about the profanity but unfortunately that’s the world we live in.

These tough typing jerks are pretty tough on the net aren’t they?

It's not fun but we have to protect children from everything these days.

  • @rnelson48 The video is at the top of the screen and the comments are at the bottom, if you don't want your son to see the comments then don't scroll down.

  • @rnelson48 i agree though i do curse occasionally

  • are the tracks electricfied or do they have a battery on the engine

  • battery on engine

  • You hate trains so much that it is your name and yet you are watching train videos....

  • So you look up train videos just to bash on them. You fail at life.

  • Because the only thing you have in your life is going on youtube and bashing train videos?

  • no because I love trains silly

  • Well I don't think that's any of your buissness sir.

  • Well I don't think watching these videos is any of your buisness ether.

  • Where did you get those diesels and such a large steam engine? All i can find online are vintage logging railroad stuff.

I'm particularly looking for Challenger #3985

    Any help would be appreciated

  • Well if you can settle for HO Scale size, Ebay has quite a few Challenger #3985 for sale. But nothing in G Scale

  • Awesome toys, just don't let the doggy come over and tell you what he thinks - whatelse you got?

  • I'm jealous. I want this.

    I have no money! :((

  • yes

  • I was wondering how much does extra track cost? Im thinking of getting into G scale but its a little more complicated then HO. I was thinking of getting a USA trains starter set, But i was wondering if i should buy all the stuff separate. Also, what is a good info site dedicated to g scale? thanks for any input.

  • Never messed around with G Scale...How much do those cost? Gotta be pricey...

  • Woohoo i would i got that in my back yarden !

  • thats sweet.

ques: what do you do to keep the tracks from rusting since its outdoors? I love the smoke/steam coming from the exhausts. wish i could do that with my HO scale trains!

  • The engines weight 7.5 kilo's or 15 pounds. That will keep your track clean

  • @conrailbuff brass track tends not to rust.

  • @conrailbuff you can but its exspensive

  • @conrailbuff

The track is brass so it doesn't rust, and the locomotives are waterproof , you can buy ho locomotives that smoke

  • I like the mallet

  • I enjoyed this!

  • are those water proof

  • most g scale trains are.

  • All G is Waterproof.

  • Yeah I was just thinking how amazing this is until RAIN! lol but its waterproof!

  • i have dash 9's and 2-8-8-2 g scale models too love them

  • Du hättest ja mal die 4 Loks fahren können und zeigen

  • Ohhhh yeah. Nicely done nicely done.

  • Love the sound. I grew up just away from the GTW, CN & CP lines, and STILL spend my time sitting in the old depot watching the trains go by...thanks for a great post.

    tac

  • Was that a Big-Boy ??

  • no it has the wrong wheel configuration. big boy is a 4-8-8-4 that loco was a 2-8-8-2

  • yes, and it hasnt got a centepeed tender, wich all big boys had

  • @UnionPacificBigBoy the UP had more Mallets than the Challenger and Big Boy, those two are just the most well known.

  • challenger
